Its beeen really crazy in my life...I just looove it so much..the grace of God jz overwhelms me each and every single time...

Now..im studying in NYP, biz mg..and already in my 2nd year..and guess what..i was shortlisted for a scholarship...jz ended the interview today..it was a great experience..the moments are great...its great to see how by fulfilling God's call would really be blessed by His promises.

its been my vision to help the younger generation to take the plunge into the marketplace.

but last night i met ritch and he asked me if i would like to stay in the NS ministry..coz..since wif 3 business, i might not be able to cope with the stressful evangelism schedules plus studies.

It reli gave me a greater insight into what it is to come for me in the nearing months.How now Lord?

Lord please give me a seed of direction for me to follow you.

this is my most stretching 2 weeks yet.i from camp(army) go to camp(church) and back to camp(army) agn...all in all i was away from home for 2 weeks in total,was kinda homesick since i very long nv liddat liaox le.plus the camp...err..if u look at my facebook u'd noe..bt eventually,the uncle's hospitality melted my heart..hes ultra nice!!..hahax thank God for him.

one reli bad thing happened was that..i got even tanner..ya jia min told me she like tan tones..yuck..so..i asked sumone fair...hoping tht would give me sum gd advise:

my mum just pass the 2nd year part time poly,hahax..it was out of randomness that she sent me a msg saying tht..hahax...i cheekily replied'wow thats good!..it reli calls for a good celebration'..hahax..Can see how much effort she puts into it..and how God love and helped her along the way.Jiayou mummy!

I got my instructors' badge:
yay..we just got the instructor badge tis wk..am so happy and proud.They sae its my effort that did it.But i kept pushing the credits to jon instead.i tink its in me that i dun reli like the limelight.
i would prefer privacy.Thank God for helping me in this.

in yesterday unit meet,got a part which reli touches my heart is tht when ritchi told us...its a very clear indicator when u evaluate urself before christ and after christ,which area you know fully you have not changed.Please go do something about it.I'm definely guilty of that,Lord,wack me hard if i still don't change that soon kx.

Wow its been quite long since i last wrote my blog..lolx...sorry for being unfaithful

My injured Leg:
it was one of the dumbest injured i ever got myself into..i sumhow managed to fall into a 20cm wide drain...n hit my knee..for 2 weeks i couldnt walk properly..until a night when i tried to stretch my thighs backwards.I got a rude shock...was completely worried..so i went to the MO to seek professional help.
In my mind, i was already setting for the worst,well the most i become partially physically diasbled isn't it?..hahax..then i could do more of God's work n evangelise even more effectively!..lolx.
But well the MO quelled my worries and my leg recovered 2 wks later.

YQ got hospitalised:
Ah..i got a rude shock, but nontheless,i went over to his ward n prayed for him, the most practical thing for a christian isnt it.Thank god that hes now much better than before le.Lord bless him with good health.

Unit meet:
Well..its reli cool.before service ritchie suddenly told me..."weisiang..i need u to share a testimony later"i was like "wat!,y never tell me sooner"...he was like..err..its for the UM leix..lolx..chey....phew
well..it was fun...thanks to celes..she gave me the idea of a twisted version of wacko.lolx..
jinhui was very worried that i mite pangseh him and leave him in the lurch..lolx..bt well, he definitely made new frens along the way, and hopefully, God will change him in due time.

Well....after much gruelling practicing over 2 days..i was visibly tired from it.super tired i can sae..yah..bt...i jz prayed to God n trusted in Him.

and He reli made real His promises.Im jz so amazed...i was so nervous prior to that of the presentation...sgt winston jz try to keep me relaxed..plus shimmy...gave me massage on my heavy shoulders..my eyelids r almost closing.

Then can the time.The general and the colonels came.I was getting abit tight.
But they were very friendly towards me.extremely.phew...i started off quite well however,
nerves got the betta of me,but i did not stumble.until i took the break from the video presentation...i moved my body..n breathed deeply.finanly i wasnt nervous..and my second part of it came pretty well.Thank God.

after finishing..i was expecting sum questions to be thrown to me..however, there isnt...phew...lolx..den i invited them for the demonstration.Got afew of the foreign officer gave reli good comment for me...am deeply encouraged.

After the demonstration they tried the things out.den..the general gave my colonel a pendan from their country.wow..plus he personally came over shook my hand..n handed to me one as well...he told me..the symbol represent the ground forces of *******..i was like..wow...the general gave only to me n my colonel...lolx..i was super elated..But it was all made possible with God...He gave me the opportunity from sgt winston.

Now im like known throughout my AI commanders as that 'teo' guy.wahahax.

well..jz like wad e bible says...all things are made possible thru Him.I was an uphill task for me initially..as i wasnt presenting somthing i really know at all...i wasnt even trained in it...well...hallelujah.

Lord..help me in this.ya.

Im so happy..sgt winston wants me or shimmy to present to the Israeli general and commanders about our stuff,which i don't really noe about...Its kinda a uphill task for us.I stammered my way tue our 1st practise session with sgt winston.Hes reli good with his words n articulations.

But in Mark 5:35 saying"Don't be afraid.Just believe"..God asked me to believe inncoently in His promise.And He will surely deliver thru me...

Lord,if im reli the one...jus give me part of your spirit so that i can exude that confidence in You through my presentation.

im so blessed to have reli good armous bearers like john z ,mic n jey. they're reli good to me..loving bunches..michael been living a life full of victory lately..can see it thru his actions n words.Wow...ytd during service...for the 1st time in his life i guess HE WENT DOWN THE ISLE FOR PNW!!!praise the Lord...its been reli diff for the whole yr round to encourage him to step out of his comfort zone..n the spirit just does its work..

what companies look out for:

Short resumes
Please guys, Hr ppl are reading it everyday.If its too lengthy, they read the front page and chuck away, so the main content might be left out.Its not because they're lacking the spirit of excellence, however, they must give equal opportunity to every candidate that applied to post the best matching candidate for the post.

Achievement(preferably in the area of job you are applying)
Contributions(quantify that so that you could wow potential employers)
e.g i poineered a new marketing campaign labelled "Waseh" with the objective of an increase in market share from 20% to 35% within a span of 3 months.Hit target within 6 weeks into the campaign.By end of 3rd mth,market share hit 40%.

Do not badmouth previous companies experiences

-If you are truly sincere,do call the company that you applied for, checking out on the progress of your applicantion.This gives a better impression to the HR personnel working on your resume.

-If you applied with a recruiting company for more than 4-6 weeks, chances are,its slim that they'll pull you out of their system and slot you for any jobs.Reason being,they feel that you might have found other jobs already,so the best thing,call your agent and bug them further!

IM seriously so blessed.Ive got so much to share.
This week.I started on serving in the BLM,yays,a major breakthrough.

I was so happy.Ya, though my CG didnt have a convert last harvest, im still being faithful. just like wad i saw in the print shop by mother theresa."God do not just want me be successfull.God just want me be faithfull."Amen

MX funny lah, she suddenly can like thank me for no apparent reason..lolx..i was like..'huh..oh ok..np'..yeax mans.

my birthday celebration wif my guys.
last wk..i had cg..on e way down to church. John was acting wierdly.. so i sensed sth rong liaox...plus yq suddenly spoke of my name to jey...it was a supposedly surprise event on me to catch me offguard.But i stayed vigilant.

I went off with mic, with john asking me to bring him downstair..on the pretext of surprising him instead...b4 tht..Jocelyn(mic's contac) wanted me to bring her to toilet..so i ushered her to the cargo lift..she almost went in...i stood there laughing..wahahax.
so after tht we went b2.loietering ard.

den jey caled me go up with them..by the cargo lift.then ahx.their plan was thwarted when we went thru the normal lift instead..den...tht killed the surprise instantly..wahahax..yepx..anyway. it was reli vy touching..i mean..my cg celebrating for me..and..really affirmed me..thanks guys(john mic jey anth)...thanks lan..thanks ritch,thanks jov.hahaxYoure one bro tht i reli stod in awe of.Becoz of God,thts y u're so strong still.

On hindsight...im looking at the hallmarks of tht year 2008,which made last yr really fruitfu

Jan '08:Celebrated my 21st b'dae in sispec,bravo coy..hahax..my platoon mates almost wanted to wallop me up.My mum gave a a whopping big some of $..am so blessed..lolx..and a pocket digital dictionary..wow..and im using it till now as well!

Feb '08: i was asked to take on the challenge to lead a guys Cg in church.It was just so much of God's plan, as i never in my mind would envision myself being a CL..i never harboured tht intention before.

Mar '08: I was promoted in army to a coporal and Pass-out frm BSLC(sispec)..on my quest to be a full-fletch Sgt in the army.I met my long-time lost friend frm MI,3 mth course...n we're detachments mate!...wo...i was so excited..

June '08: We had CYL2!!!weee...lolx...Team Banana!...we had so much fun in sentosa...and thank God for the exco team for making it for such a raving success..!..it was superbly well-planned.Praise God.Still rmb was in the tp team and gotta noe the guys betta...hope the contact gotta know our community much better...so so much funny incident happen...esp tht contact tht keep poking fun of me.peng..

I passed out as a SGT!my super highlight.Thank God for everything..coz..i got in 5th in my course standings.Aim to be the best sgt or perhaps instructor. Was pretty angry with arse tht time, coz she last minute pull off an aeroplane on me..hahax..but thankfully,God's with me,and i manage to curb my anger.

Aug '08: My trainees came in this month..on the first wk...it was my first time doing Guard Cmdr...and i did sth which perhaps made God proud..i got a guard who is a vegetarian..and..suddenly he told me in the morning..so..knowing tht his sgt mjr forgot to indent(order)..so i thought, ok i'll get my friend to get him some food, and he was seriously grateful...hax..even his friend also rmb this thing vividly till this date!All glory to God

Sept '08: "celebrated" my 1st year anniversary with daniel in bunk on sept 16..was the first day of driving lessons with our trainees.

Nov '08:My trainees POP lo..they're so excited..lolx..hahax..am so happy for them..and..can seem my detachment guy n afew others r vy thankful for me being thr for them..wahhax..God's grace..

Dec '08: Brought tht dumb arse(tasha) to service..hahax...hope she liked it...been so long since we last go out also.tht arse been down lately due to bf probs..i had to spend time to coax her to believe in God's promises..to no avail.
New year eve been gd...in AI, Weapon training wing won 1st..hahax..we kinda like cheated all e way.den..went for steamboat..err..was dead tired..so i slpt after eating..den slpt agn during the countdown.imgaine..lolx..and plus..after which..i badly wanted to get home...bt..and wanted to get a cab.i walked to smu..couldnt get any..so i walked to suntec..and tot of road marching home..until i saw the street from the nicoll highway got alot of taxis...so i quickly took one of dem.Thank God!.

As i went on and on..i felt spiritually drained...only consulted with my spiritual buddy lancaster..hahax..most of the time..we consulted with both..though..we disagree at times...we would consult the man up there..for some intervention.

My trainees POP lo!
Thank god..i finished 1 course with much ease..on the Nov14..i was spreading the news to my 'lovable' trainees..to 'operation delta sierra'..meaning operation daniel shim..well..perhaps holy spirit was already hinting me..that it may become 'whisky sierra' anyway..stands for 'wei siang'..so..i prepared for the worst..i wore my direst clothes..n nv bring my elctronic gadgets with me..as..we wer about to 'water parade'..the trainees crowded round me n daniel..and i anticipated the attack...thankfully they aimed at daniel..

For awhile, i was freely standing away from harm's way..noone touched me..or rather poured water on me..then came tht undivided attention from guojie'the new intr'..and he gave chase on the poor me..imagine..a 8min40sec runner against a 9min50sec...stats shows it all..i was rounded up by my trainees..
and they poured a series of warm n ice cld water on me...pengx...so much for their creativity..at the end..i passed my detachment a box of delfi chocs...hahax..and they gave me a card..which i believe is much more memorable than anyting else..yepx..

During POP, there were much elation in this joyous occassion..thank god for helping me through the course..in everyting..influencing them to be gd sgts..and also..to push their limits..and also..being a mediator between a squabble..which HS guided me well.

Lan jioed to buy books..which i tot less of it..coz..i was thinking it might just be really lousy bks...bt when i went thr..it turned out to be..reli gd bk..which i like alot..eg like 'joel osteen'..btw..hes a pastor of lakewood church in usa.plus michael e gerber's 'the e myth:manager...wee...all at $8..amazing..!if only i own a bkstore too...why not huh...shall look for reliable suppliers soon..lolx..and chat up with sum matured dudes..

Am so blessed by the recent happenings in my CG...wow...so awe by its grandeur act...God works!...
If one truly understand Romans 8:31..there wont be any more backsliders...last wk.i had one guy..anthony was water bapted..am so glad..!..yays...his name is ezekiel...halfway through..jovin called me..and ask..'yo siang,wadz anthony's bapt name ahx..i rushing down nw..muz rite him a card'..hahax..'ezekiel'..'what!..same as mine...wa lau..'

hahax..den i went back home with ritch...we were chatting away..and..i lamented...'eh..u got realised.michael's getting more n more extroverted..He's so blessed by his sheperd that could reli influence in deep into his life.Am so encouraged by his soon-to-be life transformation.'...

nxt up..Jeremy..which the last previous mth..hasnt reli be talking engaging stuff.sumhw..bt the spirit..manage to talk more n more revelant stuff to us..praise God..am so encouraged by these minor stuff..which affirmed me once more..God is so real!..

-Praise God for HS guidance to settle a squabble between my trainees..
-Attended Advance Leadership camp.
-Daniel lent me his programming Textbook(training to be a programmer!)..lolx..
-Ytd Jey prayed for me!...im so touched...he outta blue jz pray for me lehx..(*hint..my eyes got a lil wet)
-And john video-ed me walking down a escalator going upwards.lolx..i look so toot.
-Found my one true calling(singing)..!..wahahax,bt it may be a drudgery to many,pavaroti style
-Know so much more leaders thru Advance camp.
-i just landed on xiaoying's blog..saw kaitlyn..!my goodness...her semi finals performance is extremely cute..lolx!.

my com got some long-termed illness...well..now..its kicking well and alive again..to serve its master for one sole purpose-Designing..yays

in between this 6 weeks so much stuff has happened..God was driving behind..pushing me..all long..hahax..i went to 2 seminars just last month..and btw...im taking my trainees liaox..lovable lot...and sum tried to mimic me for sum of my espression...hahax...cheeky arses..

Over this 6 wks...God worked in my..at times..felt barren...but.he push me...chided me at times thru .. ...recently i expressed my feeling....felt o much beta liaox..yupx..though..mayb not meant to be bahx..hahax..i promised God.i'll never be overwhelmed with emotions...else..i cant do my pastoral and ministry well enuff..yupx..thank god for the courage and strength u planted in me..your little one..

my very first time blogging from my khatib weapon office. been some time since i last blogged!hahax..its so cool here,though at times seems really bored..

Attending CLC2 lately,with my buddy lanny(lancaster)..Fun..!.eye-opener for me as im pretty stuck with ideas to grow my cg..and charge them up for another hill.
Ive got so much to sae..so much to update but i dunno whatta say..

1st:my product samples are ready!...yes ah!..hhaax..God been great..in bad and good times..

2nd:i wan go for the conference..at airport boulevard..well..hope its not another business marketing schemes again...but..it seems high class..hahax..can take this opportunity to network!...Anybody can pei wo mah!free admission de

3rd:I wanna watch 'the mummy'..looks nice...exciting..hopefull nxt wk?..

4th:...hoping to go out with big arse soon!..hahax..woi arse..be free leh...

well...the show is nice.hahax..Kim Ah Jung is pretty...really pretty in fact(my dream girlfriend)..but the show..reli showed me sth from another perspective..To remain humble amidst popularity..

the movie was comical to a certain extent...but..it addressed a social problem..vanity..hahax..at times..i do feel insecure about my looks too..ya...but..hahax..very funny leh..as much as i want to look good...God says not to pursue material happiness...so..yea..hahax.

aiya..all in all...Ah Jung very pretty lahx..i reli was wondering leh...Who God will put into my life as my future partner..Tasha wld be a gd choice huh..lolx..jus kidding..but..ya..i reli wanna see it become reli God glorifying...mus also be pretty lahx :p opps,but reli depends on God's plan for me..but..i reli hope for her to be independent...strong in God.hpreferably have the same vision as me..to do biz..though its not reli mandatory..hahax..but..its reli cool to see 2 souls together..sharing common interest n vision for God..
i just a moment ago went with jansen yiquan and john for swimming..hahax.was fun..i sawm alot..but.now..im pretty tired le..i even swam 50m in the deep water...was reli gasping for breathe..we reli had a good time bonding together as a CT..wee!..

I went to watch RED CLIFF the previous day..despite the fact i heard alot of bad review on it..but ok leh..i saw it like quite nice..only the ending abit too adrupt for my liking..ahhax..Lin Chiling..ok leh..not my type..hahax..it was abit lame at certain parts of the show..hahax..for the time being..im yearning for the show 'mad about english'..a movie obviously ridiculing mainland chinese for their funny accented english.ahahax.

ytd..i went to print my samples..$100+ abit painful..but..my decision is clear..Mark 5:36..and i saw a very beautiful laptop!..hahax..from compaq..3920..for only $1300...3gb ddr2 ram..
160gb.bluetooth..windows vista home premium..plus alot more..quite gd mahx..e aesthetics also quite nice..hahax...tempted liaox lahx!..BUT..HM..I SHALL NOT BE TEMPTED...haha.mayb after army or my biz picks up den buy..lolx..preferbly it'd come in handy

it shows sth...im not loving God enuff..i took a step further in a bid to learn to love God more...i borrow a much awaited bk..'Mother Teresa-come be my light'...i reli admire her spirit...was reli overwhelmed by her love for God..
And..i can attest to one thing...Mother Teresa is cheeky too!..hahax..if most of her many love letters to God..she'd usually sign of with ..'your little one'

in another..'If you could know how happy I am..as jesus' little spouse.No one not even those who are enjoying some happiness which in the world seems perfect, could i envy,because i am enjoying my complete happiness, even when i suffer something for my beloved spouse..'
and mind you..i was in e bus reading this bk jz now back home..and i almost burst out laughing..'jesus little spouse'...hahax

but this truly examplifies how much her longing for God..her true happiness..
it reli puts me in the spot where..i realise..how she manage to garner so much courage to follow her calling...her burden..where...i sometimes feel lacking..tht fear in me..something grows into doubt..Doubting God's strenght..

i was listening to the song..'awesome God'...simple yet ministering in its meaning..and..i was praying in tongue on the bus...!..lolx..i dun dare if others tink im mad...i dun care..coz..i only want God to noe..im chatting wif him..

My calling
its been so long...as i met countless ppl...and told them of my convictions to start a biz...ive marvelled manay because of my relentless pursuit..ive manage to put myself in good position..getting little hints from God...but..i lack tht courage...which been stopping me at times..
Mark 5:36-.....dont be afraid.Just believe. is wad i wanna put forth today's lengthy blog of mine..i've so much in mind...Thank God specifically for Jason(jovin's cg)..for helping me so much in my website..hahax..Thank God for daniel for teaching me stuff..and also..God..for working in me all this while...i'll make it happen..thru you!..

Well..i was so dumb...seriously...hahax..i booked in on tuesday morning..in a haste..apparently..i was almost late..hence..i packed my bag by dumping everything into it..hahax..and..ytd..while i was bathing..i realised sth...
nono...dun anyhow tink r u...ive still got my clothes...i've got my shower foams n creams ready..but..i forgot my towel!!...dumbie...so..i was reli hesitating..hahax..i feel like not bathing at all..mayb jz wash my face thts all..
but..hahax..i jz cant tahan...was pretty sticky liaox..so..i decided..jz bathe..den use the new clothes dry myself..den..after bathing..i quickly chao back to my bunk and go under the fan to dry myself..yeax..lolx

ok...enuff of my dumbness...lets put a new perspective to my life...was readin on the 'divine moments for leaders'..i felt it was reli essential for me..as a new leader of a CG...this book affirms my passion..and my calling...it fills me in deeply...and encourage me to walk even faster...and..pull others together..A God-led entreprise leader...yea boy..the book says[when God gives you a specific calling,it fills your thoughts and gives you the passion to pursue it wholeheartedly.]
Humble in nature...Strong in Character..Influential in the marketplace..i'll fullfill my core

I will perservere on overcoming adversity.To see my vision into reality.And to glorify God to the fullest capacity.

was really blessed in manay areas of my life...3 testimonies in a week..imagine...
1)my camp pass together with my saf IC almost got lost as i was rushing back to my building from another to attend my mandatory last parade..and..somehow..the clip stayed in place..but the holder dropped out...was really anxious...really scared...its like..i need to make police reports..plus..$100 fine...plus 6extra duty!!..me and my mates scoured the place for it...we went pass our running route trice..
Thank God for daniel...coz...he somehow by grace..found my pass..which we walked past 3 times..madness...really..thank you lord..

2)We were rushing for our friday deadline..and i was really stressed..my friends can attest to tis claim...been burning away my weekends for the last few weeks..so...wasnt really pleased..thoughwe never really finished it...my staff told us he'd take over from there...really tank god...else..we might waste away our wkends again...!

3)my dad found a job!..after mths of being jobless..hes my family sole bread winner...so..er..finanacially..really quite dependent on him..

ytd at ritchie's dmm...had this verse that really striked deeply into me...
Ignoring what they said,Jesus told the synagogue ruler,"Don't be afraid,just believe'[Mark 5:36]
sometimes..no matter how much a trust God..there's this tinge of fear..fear of losing the money for business...fear of not getting the desired sale amount...fear of many many things..this verse taught me...trust in him..innocently...not blindly..innocently meaning,do not worry about other things

God-led business leader...i would perserverence on overcoming adversity...to see my vision into reality..and glorify God to my fullest capacity..
